PURPOSE:To obtain easily a mold form which is not defective adjacent to its outer face or is partially improved by utilizing porous material or fibrous material being powdered, granular or flaked as the insert material for mold cavity. CONSTITUTION:Powdered, granular or flaked material which is composed of porous material or fibrous material and is attachable on the internal surface of a mold cavity, is stuck on the desirable position of the mold cavity, and then the raw liquid of foaming synthetic resin is poured into the cavity and is shaped with foaming in one body. Foamed material such as polyurethane foam or polystyrene foam, cork and organic or inorganic fiber, are cut or crushed into powder, grain or flakes. These materials are used for said powdered, granular or flaked material. Further, SHIRASU balloon and pearlite which are naturally or artificially formed into granular or porous state, may be used also. |
