PURPOSE:To improve an electric and mechanical characteristic by a method wherein a main insulation layer is formed by coating a grease compound in the inside of a mica sheet to be wrapped around a coil body and it is contraction- shaped by a sheet molding compound subsequently. CONSTITUTION:A coil body 1 is constituted by wrapping around it an aluminium conductor 2 and insulation film 3 stacked, they are stacked in a multistep shape and the insulation film 3 serves to establish the insulation between the steps. A mica sheet 4 is wrapped around the coil body 1 by coating a silicon grease compound 5 on one side face. A main insulation layer 6 is formed by wrapping around the body 1 a mica sheet grease compound. Subsequently, conductive paints and metallic net are wrapped around the outer circumference of the insulation layer while being wrapped and the terminal is elongated beyond the outgoing portion of the coil body 1 to form a shield layer 7. Subsequently, the assembly is covered with a sheet molded compound, is inserted to a metal mold to provide a heating and a pressing for it and is hardened in a predetermined shape to form a protective, external structure 8. |
