PURPOSE:To form a fine insulation layer by a method wherein an immersed substance obtained by processing only a hardening accelerator is wrapped around the outer circumference of a core, after the extreme outer layer is covered with a covering material which easily passes through the gas while and is difficult to pass through the resin and the resin is immersed and hardened under a vacuum atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:An immersed substance 2 obtained processing a hardening accelerator is wrapped around the outer circumference of a winding 1. For the immersed substance 2 is used the material wherein a predetermined amount of hardening accelerator for the resin is coated on a fiber tape like a glass tape or non-cloth or the like for example. Subsequently, an opening 3a available for a resin implantation port is left in the extreme outer layer, a covering materials which the glass can pass through easily and the synthetic fiber can not easily pass through is covered over the full surface. The covering material 3 is constituted by stacking a plurality of glass prepreg sheets in turn for example. Subsequently, the resin and hardening agent are mixed with other under a vacuum atmosphere and are immeresed, for example, to epoxy resin containing no hardening accelerator or the like. The resin is implanted into the interior from the opening 3a and immersed to the immersed substance 2, and thereafter is taken out to harden it. |
