PURPOSE:To enable unattended handling of machine, by automating the reading of amount of money for a payment slip and the print position designation through the detection of presence of characters on a bank book print surface, and enabling the automatic reception of public charge with the money reception and accounting transfer, on the spot. CONSTITUTION:A bank book and a payment slip inserted to a reception slit by the user are carried, the print surface of the bank book and the payment money amount recording section of the payment slip are optically scanned at an image sensor 53 and converted into an electric signal, and the amount of money of the slip is compared with a numeric pattern 77 with the output for reading discrimination 76, and the presence of print on the bank book print surface is detected with a print position designation control section 81, and the print location to the print surface is designated. This switching is made by a switch 72 according to the types of transaction selective operation of the user, the specified print is made to the designated print position of the section 81 with a printer. The amount of money discriminated 76 and the approval request guide sentence to the user are displayed 7 visually, allowing to receive the amount of money corresponding to the displayed amount through the approval operation of the user. |
