PURPOSE:To obtain a logout information required for the estimate of failed section, by storing an internal status to a storage device for a prescribed period or more so as to prevent the loss of required information for the analysis of failures between the detection of the failures and the end of freezing. CONSTITUTION:Failure detection signals 19-21 from check latches 9-11 are transmitted to data latches 24-26 and set with a timing T2 and written in a memory 30 in a timing T3. A machine check unit 12 turns on a tracer freezing instruction signal 35 when either of the latches 9-11 is at on-state and either of the signals 19-21 is at on-state. A signal 35 is latched to a latch 46 in a timing T1 and inputted to an inverter 49. Thus, after and succeeding timing T1, AND circuits 36 and 37 are closed, the timings T2 and T3 are suppressed, and the status of the latches 9-11 is stored in the memory 30. The trace information in the memory 30 is fetched to a unit 12 on data buses 41-43, and logged out in an external storage device 23, allowing to designate failed sections easily for maintenance. |
