The invention relates to a multiple distributor for cable television systems with star-shaped peripheral sections. The arrangement contains a first chain (I) of directional couplers (6-9), via the output loops of which the radio and television signals of a lower frequency band are conducted to connecting sockets (24). According to the invention, a corresponding second chain (II) is provided via the coupling loops of which television signals of an upper frequency band, for which an additional fee must be paid, are conducted to the same connecting sockets (24). To each subscriber, one directional coupler (8; 20) from each chain (I, II) can then be allocated in each case. The output loops are either connected in series or connected to one another via matching circuits. The first variant requires filter circuits (3, 5, 15, 17) at the inputs of both chains (I, II). <IMAGE>
