PURPOSE:To make monitoring of welding states possible by arithmetically processing the projecting length of a wire and arc length and displaying these by using the feed speed of the wire, welding current and the voltage between tip base metals. CONSTITUTION:The feed rate (v) of a wire is detected with a rotating quantity detector 8, welding current I with a current value detector 9 and further voltage V with a voltage value detector 10. The feed speed (v) of the wire and the welding current I are inputted to an arithmetic circuit 11, by which the projecting length l of the wire is determined and is displayed in a display device 12 and is applied to an arithmetic circuit 13. The circuit 13 is inputted with the l and the I and outputs voltage drop Vl to an arithmetic circuit 14. The circuit 14 is inputted with the Vl and the V and outputs arc voltage VA by operation. Further, an arithmetic circuit 15 is inputted with the VA and I and outputs arc length L by operation. This is displayed in a display device 16. |
