Sterilisation system for stoppers of injection phials - has drum in autoclave holding stoppers throughout washing and drying processes

The individually mounted stoppers which are fixed against each other are set on the perimeter of a drum and then passed through the washing fluid opposite the flow thereof. The wash fluid is let into the autoclave at the bottom and is drawn off with the impurities at the top by overflowing. At the end of the washing process after the wash fluid has been removed a sterilisation process is carried out in the steam which ends with a drying process in the vacuum without any more air supplied. Since all the three steps are carried out in one autoclave only one machine unit need be used.
