PURPOSE:To improve heat transmission remarkably by superposing a copper tube for running water and an aluminium plate for filling and pressure welding the superposed part and thereby making joining free from clearance. CONSTITUTION:A core bar 4 is passed through a copper tube 1 and an aluminium plate 2 is placed on it. This is put in a space 6 of a lower die 5 and the copper tube 1 is held on a groove 7. At this time, both edges of the aluminium plate 2 are placed on the upper face 8 of the lower die 5. Then, an upper die 9 is pressed down, and the superposed part is pressed by the tip of the upper die 9 holding the aluminium plate, and the two are unified to form a pressure welded part. Then, the core bar 4 is pulled out to complete a product. |
