PURPOSE:To improve the damping effect of vibration by providing buffer materials to be dashed to a pillar on the surface of a weight equipped on a flange- shaped support fixed on a pillar directly or via a coil spring. CONSTITUTION:Buffer materials 6 constructed of a metal with small repulsion coefficient to a pillar 1 in comparision with a weight 5, or non-metal materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, rubber, or the like are provided to cover at least a part of the surface of a ring-shaped weight 5 to be dashed to the pillar 1. |
