Use of transparent anhydride-curable casting epoxy resins

Transparent anhydride-curable casting epoxy resins containing tertiary phosphines, quaternary phosphonium or ammonium salts as curing accelerators are virtually colourless and have virtually no tendency towards discoloration on heating; they are therefore suitable for coating or encapsulating articles with a permanently transparent layer and for the production of transparent castings.
