An exercising device that provides structure so that a user may perform a plurality of exercises. The device includes an attached bench (B) so that a user may operate a foot exercise (366) at one end of the bench (B), and at the other end the user may operate on handles (216) attached to an upright track (100) and to a plurality of weights (302). When elevating the handles (216) the weights (302) will be lifted.
