<p>PURPOSE:To make the delivery inspection possible with a simple constitution without increasing the memory chip size, by arranging rows having fuses and rows having no fuses alternately. CONSTITUTION:Rows having fuses or no fuses are not continuous by exchanging arrangements of AND circuits 12 and 13, transistors 16 and 17, and the third row and the fourth row of dummy cells respectively, and thus, the short-circuit of wirings is detected surely. For example, when the circuit between emitters of transistors 15 and 17 adjacent to each other is short-circuited, the short-circuit is detected on a basis of the relation between the input signal and the output signal.</p> |
