PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the provision of a band limit means such as an LC filter externally, by adding a delay circuit with a comb type filter using CCDs and constituting a profile compensation circuit. CONSTITUTION:A signal to be delayed applied to an input terminal 1 is inverted at the 1st and 2nd CCD delay lines 4 and 5 and apllied to the 3rd CCD delay line. After the output signal from the 1st-3rd delay lines is added at addition circuits 7 and 8, the signal is inputted to CCD delay lines 18-23 with different delay time at the same time, and the output signal from them is given to output terminals 12-17 via output circuits 24-27. To make the profile compensation toward horizontal and vertical direction with the same sampling point, the number of elements of delay lines 18 and 21 and 19 and 22, 20 and 23 are made equal respectively. |
