PURPOSE:To make it possible to discriminate data of many channels with simplicity, by providing analog record and digital record with markers which can be referenced to each other. CONSTITUTION:Every frame with a preset time interval as a unit, markers 6 and 7 are provided on an analog record 1 and a digital record 3 of a channel corresponding to the frame number. And therefore, matching between an analog record and a digital record of each channel can be easily confirmed facilitating reading of data. Moreover, it is also possible to provide a time indication line 5, a time indication column 35 which indicates a time of the time indication line 5, a channel number indication column 36 and a label column 37. The label column 37 makes an indication 38, which indicate number of cycles with a prescribed frame as a cycle, an indication 39 expressing paper-feeding speed and indications of recording ranges 41a-41g of each channel. |
