摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a flow speed and flow rate measuring device which is designed to be exempted from influences of external vibrations and vibrations of a loaded object by making the structure rigid and increasing heat-resisting and pressure-resisting performances and durability, by providing a flange on one end of an eddy current generating body, fixing it onto an attaching section through holding metal fittings and providing a connecting rod which passes through a middle-chamber section of the eddy current generating body. CONSTITUTION:One end of an eddy current generating body is provided with a flange 22 and fixed onto an attaching section 10 by a metallic holder 8 and a screw 9, and the other end is fixed onto the wall of a pipe by an O ring 30 and a screw 3. In a recess 21 formed on the eddy current generating body 2, an electrode section which is composed of electrodes 51 and 52 is inserted and fixed to the flange 22 of the eddy current generating body 2 in a flange 53. Further, the recess 21 is reduced in diameter in the middle to form a hollow section 23 and a connecting rod 7 is made to pass through this hollow section and joined to the bottom of the electrodes section 5, and it is supported on the same location as that of the eddy current generating body 2. And, by selecting an appropriate bending stiffness for the connecting rod 7, a flexure of the eddy current generating body 2 by load and vibration becomes same as that of the electrode section 5, and therefore, it is possible to eliminate the influences of the vibrations.
