PURPOSE:To enable slow reproduction to an object in high speed and to reproduce picture with good quality, by taking a recording speed of a video tape recorder at recording and a sweep speed of a TV camera as n-times the normal frequency, and reproducing the recorded tape with the normal speed. CONSTITUTION:A vertical synchronizing signal n-times the vertical synchronizing frequency is applied to an input terminal 10 of a video tape recorder, n-times the horizontal synchronizing signal is applied to an input terminal 11 and a chroma signal in n-times the carrier chrominance frequency band is applied to an input terminal 12. Signals at the terminals 11, 12 are processed at an FM modulator 13 and a low frequency converter 14, synthesized at a synthesizer 15 and applied to a rotary head via a recording amplifier. The signal from the terminal 10 is frequency-divided at a 1/2 frequency-divider and outputted as a control signal and applied to one end of the 1st and 2nd phase comparators 17, 25. The signal at the comparator 17 is used for the servo system of a capstan motor 20 and the signal of the comparator 25 is used for the servo system of a rotary head motor 28, and the frequency in recording speed is taken as n-times. |
