PURPOSE:To compensate the function of a disc device, by providing a driving mechanism by which the block body of a fixed head group device is shifted minutely to a disc face. CONSTITUTION:A fixed head 6 is supported on a CSS type head supporting spring 10, and many springs 10 are arranged through connection pins 12 on a head mounting block 11 to form a head group. Oppositely to this head group, a track region is generated between tracks 8 on the disc face. For the purpose of acquiring shift mode tracks in this track region 16, a magnet cylinder 12, a tension coil spring 13, rails 14 which are provided in both side parts of the block body 11 with the head group mounted and shift and displace the block body in parallel, and block supporting parts 15 where rails 14 are fitted and are slided freely. |
