PURPOSE:To obtain a structure superior in durability and operability, by using the pressure resistant corrugated pipe structure and the sliding seal structure. CONSTITUTION:A gimbals joint 7, a pressure resistant corrugated pipe 8, a sliding seal 9, the first end face plate 10, a joint ring screw part 11, the second end face plate 12, an optical feed-through 13, an optical fiber core 14, an optical fiber connection part 15, an internal unit supporting material 16, and an inernal unit 17 are provided. Though the pressure resistant corrugated pipe 8 is deformed in accordance with the bend of a universal joint part, strain is dispersed throughout the corrugated pipe 8 because it is curled into a coil. Further, since the end part of the corrugated pipe 8 is slidably in the longitudinal direction of the pipe in the sliding seal part 9, strain of the pipe 8 in accordance with the bending of the universal joint part is reduced furthermore. |
