PURPOSE:To precisely judge the slump, by a method wherein, in a process to agitate a preparing raw material, serial section work amounts, which are classified into each proper number of turning times and are for agitation, are found. CONSTITUTION:A preparing raw material for concrete is charged into an agitator to start a kneading. A section work amount available before a kneading starts is computed, and the amount is reduced from a section work amount obtainable after it starts to find a substantial section work amount. With a kneading start signal received, a computing clock transmitter starts to operate, and a signal is sent to an integrating function at every time which is set in a time (TCL) setter by a timing counter. An input amount to the agitator is inputted to the integrating function, and serial section work amounts for agitation at every appropriate number of revolutions of the agitator are computed through transmission of the input amount from a computing clock transmitter. A work amount available at a time when the substantial section work amount is decided to bring to stability is compared with a target work amount previously experimented to judge whether or not a slump value equal to a design value is obtained. |
