PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive inspecting device which requires no recording device and the like, by providing a reference unit for a unit to be inspected, by impressing a pulse a corresponding input terminal of each unit sequentially and by comparing output pulses from all output terminals with each other. CONSTITUTION:By a driver 7 driving the reference unit 9 according to a decorder 6 and a driver 8 for driving the unit 10 to be inspected according to the same, driving is conducted at the timing of T1, T2... for every terminal of each unit. The output pulse of each unit is passed through level detecting circuits 11 and 12 and inputted thereafter in a magnitude comparator 13. At the time when there are no short circuit and no disconnection, a latch circuit 16 is not set, since the level of an Anot equal to B output is held continuously at an L level in the comparator 13. In the case when there is any short circuit or disconnection, the level of the Anot equal to B output turns occasionally to be an H level, and in this case, the latch circuit is set to drive an inferiority indicator 18, while making a numeric indicator 5 indicate a place in the state of inferiority. |
