PURPOSE:To improve precision and to facilitate mass production, by a method wherein two laminar substance each having two converters on its surface, are positioned such that the ends at one side are secured at an interval and the ends at the other side are coupled together at a set angle. CONSTITUTION:Two laminar substances 11a and 11b, which can propagate an elastic surface wave to a stand 21, are located facing and opposite to each other, and the ends at one side are secured to the stand 21 at a ditance. The ends at the other side are coupled together at a certain angle so that a power can be exerted on the connection. Converters 12-15 are mounted to the opposite ends of the laminar substances 11a and 11b. For examle, if a power P is exerted on a connection 24, a compression power and tension are exercised on the conversion surfce of the laminar substances 11a and 11b to detect the power as a frequency through the working of amplifiers 16 and 17. Thus, the conversion may be formed in the same rod on one surface of the laminar substance, and this permits mass production of devices being high in size precision. |
