PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy of resistance value and to obtain constant current, by constituting a resistor specifying a current of a transistor (TR) being a constant current source with a plurality of resistive elements having almost equal resistance value. CONSTITUTION:A current I0 is specified with an emitter resistor R5 of a TRQ5, and this current is obtained at an output terminal 27 through the Q5, a Q8 and a Q7. A current i0 is specified with an emitter resistor R9 of a Q19 and this current i0 is obtained at an output terminal 27 through the Q19, a Q17 and a Q20. The Q5, the Q20 are respectively constant current sources and higher accuracy is demanded for the resistors R5, R10 to specify the emitter potential for the Q5, the Q19. Thus, a plurality of resistive elements constituting the R5, the R10 are formed on the same part on an IC chip with integration. As a result, the dispersion in resistance value of each resistive element is less and accurate emitter potential can be specified. |
