<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the back tension mechanism, by blocking a reel gear of a tape-up reel drive disk in the reverse reproduction mode and applying the back tension to a tape by utilizing the clutch torque for a take-up torque. CONSTITUTION:In the reverse reproduction mode, a brake line 16 moves toward an arrow (a) and a brake lever 14 turns toward a take-up reel drive disk 2 centering on a shaft 15. Then the cylinder part of a gear lock lever 22 is press- fixed to a reel drum 7. On the other hand, an arm 4 turns round a shaft 5 and an idle gear 3 engages a reel gear 25 of a supply reel drive disk 1. The lever 22 turns toward the center of the disk 2 round a shaft 18 by the friction force of a felt 24, and accordingly a catch 23 engages a reel gear 8 to apply the back tension to the tape. In the recording/reproducing mode, the cylinder part of the lever 22 is press-fixed to the drum 7. However, the lever 22 moves to release the locking of the gear 8 since the turning direction of the reel drive disk is adverse to the reproduction mode of the disk 2.</p> |
