PURPOSE:To prevent advance of the diffused reflection of electrons by providing a protective wall at the notch of an inner shield which is provided to fix the inner shield to a frame. CONSTITUTION:An electron shield 4 is loaded on a frame 3 and an inner shield 5 is overlapped. A latch 8 is inserted in a stop hole 7 from the notch 6 of the inner shield 5 and the electron shield 4 and the inner shield 5 are fixed to the frame 3. Besides, a protective wall 10 is provided at the place that corresponds to the notch 6. When the parts of the inner shield 5 are manufactured by press work, this protective wall 10 is formed by bending the remainder of the notch 6. As a result, a halation event can be prevented since electrons pass through the notch 6 and are not scattered. |
