PURPOSE:To assemble a shell type needle bearing quickly and stably by providing a mechanism for supplying predetermined number of needles into the outer ring of a bearing, a guide mechanism for distributing the needle to the predetermined range in the outer ring and a mechanism for arranging the needle on the inner circumference of the outer ring through an arranging rod. CONSTITUTION:Through the alteranative operation of shutters 22, 23, a needle (n) placed in a supply tube 20 between said shutters is fed into the outer ring (r) of single bearing. At this time a pair of shafts 32, 32' are advanced while rotating to roll a pair of guide boards 33, 33' to prevent the piling of the needle (n) at the central portion. Thereafter an arranging rod 45 will enter into the outer ring (r) to arrange the needle (n) in the outer ring (r) through the function of L- shaped lever 43 and a spring 49. Consequently the needle can be supplied smoothly into the outer ring of a bearing having a flange at the open end then it can be arranged. |
