PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of a filter, and to carry out rapid filtration of GO liquid (juice obtained by soaking soybeans in water and grinding in the presence of lime) in the preparation of TOFU (bean curd), by using concentrically arranged double filtration drums, dehydrating the filtered TOFU refuse on the filter, and removing the refuse by sucking or air blasting. CONSTITUTION:A small-sized first mesh drum 2 and a large-sized second mesh drum 3 containing the first mesh drum therein are placed in the drum cover 1. Each drum rotates in opposite directions. GO liquid is supplied through the supply tube 8 in the first mesh drum 2, and the filtered soy milk falls in the second mesh drum 3. The TOFU refuse is dehydrated with a pair of squeezing rollers 4 by the rotation of the mesh drum, and is removed from the mesh by the action of the suction tube 6. The same procedure is repeated in the second mesh drum, and the soy milk is collected to the collection pipe 9. The removal of the TOFU refuse may be carried out by air blasting. |
