PURPOSE:To improve the work accuracy and to shorten the work time, by absorbing or regulating the lateral vibration of a feed screw without improving the accuracy of the feed screw thereby maintaining the straightness of the main shaft feed. CONSTITUTION:The output shaft 16 of a servo motor 10 will drive a ball screw 18. A nut 50 is screwed over a screwed section 48 of the ball screw 18. The main shaft 54 is provided on the nut 50 through a bearing 52, and slided axially through the rotation of the servo motor 10. It is slided between the main shaft 54 and the frame through a slide needle bearing while guided through a guide pin 70 fixed to the screw section 48. The guide pin 70 is guided by a guide board 72 provided on the machine. |
