PURPOSE:To stably control and stop a servo motor by forming a speed signal generator to correct the speed signal of a holding part in accordance with the speed of a sampling part immediately before the speed signal. CONSTITUTION:The signal of the transducer 2 of a motor 1 is applied to a speed signal generator 5, and the signal S12 is subtracted by a signal S1 converted from data corresponding to the difference between the present position and the target position of the motor of the controller 8 by a subtractor 7, thereby controlling the motor 1. The generator 5 is added to a sample holding circuit 15, and a sample holding circuit 19 is further added thereto to form them so that the signals are synthesized by a synthesizing circuit 21, and the speed signal of the holding part is corrected with the parameter such as acceleration in accordance with the speed of the sampling part immediately before the speed signal. Accordingly, the signal at the holding part can be accurately corresponded to the actual speed, thereby controlling to stop the motor in high accuracy. |
