<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a plastic bottle having reinforcing ribs inside and excellent thermal deforming resistance during the heat sterilization period by a method in which a parison having plural inward ribs inside is extruded and then molded by blow molding CONSTITUTION:A molten resin is extruded into a parison from between a die core 12 whose periphery 16 is provided with grooves 17 and a die shell 13. The grooves 17 of the die core 12 have such a depth that the distance b1 between the bottom of the groove 17 and the die shell 13 is 1.3-4 times a reference distance b2, and the grooves 17 are positioned at an interval c2 1.5-5 times the width c of the groove. Then, the parison is molded by blow molding method. Thus, a plastic bottle whose inside is provided with reinforcing ribs, having excellent thermal deforming resistance during the heat sterilization period, can be manufactured.</p> |
