<p>Driving mechanism for a feed shaft for machine tools or the like, the shaft being drivable by both a drive motor and a handwheel which can be engaged by axial displacement. In this arrangement, the drive motor remains connected to the shaft even during manual operation. However, the motor brake, effective per se during stoppage of the motor, is released and the current supply to the drive motor is blocked by the engaging movement of the hand wheel. <IMAGE></p> |
