PURPOSE:To keep the finish condition of a food optimum at all times by a method wherein in a device the finishing of the food is automatically controlled by use of a sensor, the voltage dependability of the sensor corresponding to the sensitivity thereof is obtained and the level of voltage for detecting the finish condition of the food is varied in proportion to the value of the voltage dependability. CONSTITUTION:Relay contacts A1 and B1 are provided between the output side of the sensor 1 and memory circuits M1 and M2. The relay contact A1 is operated by a relay coil A connected to a timer TA together with a relay contact A2 for controlling a blower fan 8 through its ON-OFF operation while the relay contact B1 is operated by a relay coil B connected to a timer TB. Further, the memory circuit M1 is adopted to store the sensor output VSA immediately after a heating means 7 is supplied with power and the memory circuit M2 is adopted to store the sensor output VSB vaired by the operation of the fan 8. Thus, a multiplier 4 operates (VSA/VSB).VSB on the bases of these outputs VSA and VSB and a relay coil C is controlled by a value corresponding to the above mentioned operated value, as a finish detecting level of voltage. |
