PURPOSE:To adjust the temperature of the reaction solution to a prescribed temperature and to prevent the occurrence of an avalytical error, by discharging cooled solution between a heating apparatus provided in a flow passage of a dispenser and the tip end of a dispensing flow passage before restarting after a pause of a dispensing operation at the time of dispensing a reagent with a diluting solution. CONSTITUTION:Reactors 17 into which the plural samples are dispensed are arranged in a thermostat 16 in an apparatus of automatic analysis. A sample preserved under cooling is absorbed in this reactor from a reagent receptacle 15 at a sucking position B by a dispense nozzle 1 washed by a jet nozzle 10 at a washing position A and said sample is dispensed to the reactor 17 together with a diluting solution (or a buffer solution) 5 heated by a heating apparatus 18 from a dilution dispensor 3. When this dispensing operation is resumed after it was once stopped, the solution 5 of which the temperature is lowered while staying in a duct 2 between the tip end of the nozzle 1 and the apparatus 18, is vomitted into a waste solution receptacle 11 in a washing apparatus 9 by controlling a spyringe 8 of the dispensor 3 and valves 6 and 7 by a central control device 19 and hereafter, heated solution 5 is made to dispense. |
