PURPOSE:To realize the optical transmission in a simple way and with a low cost without using an expensive optical connector, by providing a supporter having a supporting hole across an optical fiber transmission line having the adjusted terminals and adhering both a light emitting element and a photodetector to the suppoter end part at both ends of the transmission line. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element or photodetector 11 is attached directly to the terminal part of an optical fiber cable OFT1 by a supporter 8. Then the OFT1, a light emitting element 9 and a photodetector 10 are set into a body to exclude an expensive optical connector. Thus the OFT1 can be connected directly to an electric circuit by a terminal 13. At the same time, the terminal 11 is used as an electrical connector to facilitate the handling. In such way, the optical transmission is possible in a simple way to reduce the cost of a device. |
