VALVE FOR PREVENTING PRECIPITATE IN AGITATION TANK FROM BEING INTRODUCED INTO DRAIN PIPE

PURPOSE:To enhance the operation rate of all systems wherein the reaction of precipitate and a soln. is performed by providing a valve for preventing precipitate in an agitation tank from being introducing into a drain pipe. CONSTITUTION:A valve 1 is freely slidably provided on the inside of a drain pipe 3 on the bottom plate 2 of an agitation tank. The valve 1 is provided on the upper end of a valve case 8 and also one or several pieces of apertures 9 for discharging liquid are bored on the side face of the upper part of the valve case 8. Furthermore the valve 1 and the valve case 8 are connected with a crank shaft 4 via a connecting bar 7 and the rotary movement of the crank shaft 4 is changed into upper and lower vertical movement by the connecting bar 7. The valve face is made on the same or nearly the same face as the face of the bottom plate 2 at a time for using the agitation tank and on the other hand, the valve 1 is moved in the vertical direction at the time for opening the valve.
