<p>Increased density of coded data recording of enhanced reliability is achieved by checking the recording immediately after writing each coded pulse and each data byte. The circuit ensures the recording of marking and service sync pulses as well as provides the check of marking pulses on the magnetic tape. The faulty recording is re-recorded, and the check playback is carried out during the time interval between the consecutive cloded pulses using the same head as for the recording. The instant of correct recording is indicated by a market pulses, and a generator of byte parity digit is included with the amplifiers of recording and playback connected to registers. The coded signals are fed to recorder register formed by flip-flops for each track of the magnetic tape and linked to the byte parity shaper as well as to gates of a recording amplifier block. The output of the amplifiers is applied to the magnetic heads to play-back amplifiers connected to gates of coded signals recording controller. The latter includes coincidence gates and registers as well as OR gates checking the validity of bytes recording.</p> |
