PURPOSE:To stabilize the light output of a fluorescent lamp by composing a heater lamp of a light-transmissive insulating sheet base material and a heat generation layer provided on the base material in a pattern shape, and providing a reflector which directs light leaking from this lamp heater to an electrostatically discharged part of a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The lamp heater 9 consists of the light-transmissive insulating sheet base material 11 and the heat generation layer 12 provided on this sheet base material in the pattern shape. Luminous flux for electrostatic discharging is therefore guided out without cutting the lamp heater 9 and the entire peripheral surface of a tube wall except an opening part 8 can be covered with the lamp heater 9, so the tube wall of the fluorescent lamp can be heated uniformly. Then reflectors 16 and 18 which direct the leak light from the lamp heater 9 to the electrostatically discharged part of the photosensitive body are provided, so an electrostatic discharging device which removes unnecessary charges from the photosensitive body can be omitted. Consequently, variance in tube wall temperature is eliminated and the light output of the fluorescent lamp is stabilized. |
