PURPOSE:To enable variable operation of spray characteristics easily as well as positively by a user by a method wherein, corresponding to the push-down degree of a stem, a spray pore is communicated with a small pipe or with an enlarged opening pore. CONSTITUTION:In the aerosol valve 1 as an opening and closing valve apparatus spraying the content in an aerozol container, a mountain cup 2 and an upper gasket 3 fixed to the upper end of a housing 4 are provided and, to the stem 8 movable to an upward and a downward directions, a stem pore 9 hermetically sealed with the upper gasket 3 normally, a small pipe 13 communicating with the inside of the container through a dip tube 7 and a discharge pipe 10 having an enlarged opening pore 11 having the opening pore larger than that of the samll pipe 13 is communicated through a communication passage 12 are provided.
