PURPOSE:To solve a problem regarding the fact that a plate material and a round rod are not welded satisfactorily, and not only to automatically weld a lead terminal but also to reduce a material loss of a plate terminal, by cutting reel-like round wire rods to specified length, crushing the tip and welding it to a supporting plate. CONSTITUTION:A torsional oscillation converter which has placed polarized piezoelectric ceramics between semicylindrical metals, and a resonator 13 oscillating in a torsional oscillation state are connected by a connector 14 oscillating in a longitudinal oscillation state, and the converter 12 and the resonator 13 are held by supporting bodies 15, 16, 17 and 18 at oscillating nodal points. On the other hand, a tip 11 of a round wire rod 20 obtained by covering nickel or stainless steel wound around a spool 21 like a reel, with nickel is crushed by a press so as to improve its welding property, also a lead terminal 19 is fomed by cutting it to specified length by the press, and this lead terminal is welded to the supporting plates 15-18 by its tip 11. |
