PURPOSE:To improve the load balance applied on a hook, by employing a right- angled triangular hook for elevating a hatch panel to be fixed to an elevating support then coupling the top section through a pin and making rotatable longitudinally through a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When laminating a plurality of hatch cover panels 1A sequentially and containing, a right-angled triangular hook 6' is coupled rotatably in the vertical direction to an elevating support 10 through a hydraulic cylinder 23 by coupling the top section through a pin 21. When supporting the hatch cover 1A and elevating, the load can be supported by the pin coupling section 21 of said hook 6', the other side 6'b and the stopper board 25 of the elevating support 10 resulting in the improvement of the balance of the load. |
