Circuit breaker with replaceable cartridge fuse - which is held by spring biassed support pivoted between working position and fuse replacement position

The circuit breaker has the fuse capsule held in the insulating breaker housing so that it can pivot between its working position and a position allowing its removal for fuse replacement. The support (1) for the fuse capsule is spring (3) biassed providing a force which displaces the support (1) between two curved surfaces (5). Thesurfaces extend laterally w.r.t. the internal sides (4) of the breaker housing, with the support separated from these surfaces (5) when it reaches its horizontal position. It is then pulled out from the breaker housing by a given distance before it can be moved back into the working position. Pref. the pivot mounting for the support (1) is provided by two pins (7) extending laterally from the support (1) which fit into elongate slots (8) formed in the internal sides (4) of the breaker housing.
