The one piece garment covers most of the body and can be an under or over garment. It has an opening in the centre of the back that is covered by one piece (11) extending downwards from the upper part (10a) of the back and another piece (12) extending upwards from the lower part (10b) of the back. The two pieces can be held together by slide clasp fasteners or buttons. The garment is made in a knitted fabric that stretches in a transverse direction. The elasticity can result from the thread or stitch used.
