PURPOSE:To decide negative conductance by only a resistance connected to the collector of one transistor, by connecting an output to the base of 2 transistors whose band and emitter have been connected in common, and providing a differential amplifier which inputs 2 collector outputs. CONSTITUTION:Mutual conductance of a differential amplifier 11 and current amplification factors of transistors 13, 14 can be made large enough, therefore, a collector current of the transistor 14 is decided by a difference between a resistance and output admittance of the transistors 13, 14. Also, since characteristics of the transistors 13, 14 are equal and the potential relation is also equal by the amplifier 11, the output admittance becomes equal, too. Accordingly when the active circuit side is seen from the resonance circuit side consisting of a coil 4 and a capacitor 5, negative conductance of -G0 is obtained.
