PURPOSE:To make a probe coil heat-resistant, by housing the coil in a hermetically sealed container and making the inside thereof vacuous. CONSTITUTION:A double-walled container is formed by evacuating the gap between containers 1, 2 made of heat-resistant quartz glass or ceramics. A coil 3 is housed in the inner container 2 and moreover, the inside of the contaiven is made vacuous. By forming the probe with such a structure, only radiation heat is transmitted to the coil 3, and because the quantity of heat is small, the coil is made heat-resistant. In addition, the heat resistance of the coil itself is improved, since there is no possibility of oxidation of the conductive material forming the coil 3. |
