On a stretcher platform frame (1), for accommodation of stretcher platforms (4), mounting rails (2, 3) are arranged for accommodation of the stretcher feet (rollers 6). Between these mounting rails (2, 3) there is arranged another rail (7) which permits, together with one of the previously mentioned mounting rails (2, 3), insertion of a hospital chair (8) with a narrower track width than that of the stretcher (4). The rails (3, 7) serving to support the hospital chair (8) preferably have an excess width, so that any pivoting rollers (12) arranged on the hospital chair (8) can pivot in any direction. Between the rails (3, 7) for the hospital chair (8) there is preferably arranged a guide rail (14) which interacts with a guiding member (15) on the hospital chair (8). <IMAGE>
