PURPOSE:To fit auxiliary head cores to a main head core securely without deteriorating the function of the auxiliary head cores by uniting both the cores by providing the main head core and auxiliary head cores with through hole which penetrate the both and then charging adhesive in the through hole. CONSTITUTION:A main head core 1 and auxiliary head cores 2 and 2 are provided with through holes 9 and 15 which penetrate the both, and adhesives are charged in those through holes to unite the main and auxiliary head cores 1 and 2 by utilizing the bonding of the adhesives 3 to the auxiliary head cores 2 and 2 adjoining to the main head core 1 and the rigidity of the adhesives 3 in the through holes 9 of the main head core 1 without interposing any adhesive between respective cores. Since there is no adhesive layer provided for bonding between both magnetic materials of the main head core and auxiliary head cores, no hindrance to the improvement of reproduction efficiency is caused to improve the characteristics of a magnetic head greatly. |
