PURPOSE:To position and adhere comparatively small materials, for which preciseness is required in the positioning of mutual adhesion, in a short time with a high precision. CONSTITUTION:An optical element 2 and an adhesive coating device 11 are provided on the carrying path of the optical element 2 due to a robot 8. A CCD camera 13 having a microscope 12 for observation is provided above an XYtheta table 3 for the purpose of recognizing relative positions between the optical element 2 and an image pickup plate 4, and a light source 14 for illumination and an ultraviolet light source 15 for curing ''Noland '' are provided also there. A light path converting plate 16 is provided freely insertably and removably on the light path for recognizing positions of the optical element 2 and the image pickup plate 4 for the purpose of correcting the light path difference between the case, wherein only a positioning mark provided on the upper face of the image pickup plate 4, is recognized, and the case wherein positioning marks of materials are recognized through the optical element 2 carried and set onto the image pickup plate 4. |
