PURPOSE:To arrange both troughs in a large sloping amount and improve lubricating performance, by providing one of the troughs from a speed change gear to a speedometer driving gear part in an oil accumulating dam and providing the other of the troughs extending from the upper of said speedometer driving gear part to a propeller shaft supporting bush. CONSTITUTION:A dam 10 is arranged at the side of a speed changer gear 2 of a speedometer driving gear 9, that is, at the side of a flowing down direction of lubricating oil in the insertion hole 4a of a rear extension 4 inserted with a main shaft 6, and the speedometer driving gear 9 is lubricated by lubricating oil accumulated in said dam 10. Then there are provided both the first trough 11, extending through a partition 3a from the upper internally of a transmission case 3 and gradually sloping down toward the dam 10, and the second through 12, gradually sloping down from the upper portion of a worm 9a on an inner wall of the insertion hole 4a of the extension 4 toward the lower side part of a bush 8 in a rear end part of the extension 4. |
