CONSTITUTION:Input picture data from a drum scanner 1 is stored in a storage device 3 through a storage device controller 2, and a part of this data is supplied to pass word generating part 4, and specific coordinates of picture data of size X and Y are used as a start point to take out information, and a pass word is generated. Picture data is inputted simultaneously with the input of a keyword due to the operation of a keyboard 5, and the key word is stored in the device through a key word generating part 6 together with picture data.
