PURPOSE:To make it possible to control accurately and obtain a required output, without allowing load to give reverse response temporarily to a load-demanding command, by providing an air pipeline with a compressor and an accumulator and also a steam pipeline with a flush tank. CONSTITUTION:When a fuel control valve 8 is opened by a signal for increase of load, steam and air being sent into a gasifying furnace 2 are increased in volume, but since the steam is supplied from a flush tank 29, it is possible to prevent a steam turbine 5 from giving a load reversing response to a demand for momentary variation of load or to largely reduce the possibility. As for the air, since it is supplied from an accumulator 20, output of a gas turbine 3 is not reduced while discharging the air, and therefore, the load reversing response is avoided. When a signal for decrease of load is transmitted, an air adjusting valve 24 is closed, air is accumulated in the accumulator by a compressor 22, and by doing so, temporary increase in load of the gas turbine can be controlled. |
